Refund Terms – Financial Services

2.2. Eligibility Criteria: Refunds are subject to the following criteria:
a. Overpayment: You have paid more than the amount owed.
b. Error: An error occurred in processing your payment or financial transaction.
c. Cancellation: You have canceled a service or transaction as per the applicable cancellation policy.
2.3. Non-Eligibility
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances: the Services already rendered or transactions already completed.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Submission: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with the details of your request, including the reason for the refund.
3.2. Review: Our team will review your refund request and may require additional information or documentation.
3.3. Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within [number of days] business days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Refund Amount
4.1. Full Refund Amount: If you meet the eligibility criteria and the refund request is approved, you can receive a full refund of the entire amount if you choose to withdraw from the program at least 48 hours prior to the program’s commencement.
4.2. Partial Refund Amount: If you meet the eligibility criteria and your refund request is approved, you will receive a refund amounting to 75% of the full payment, provided you withdraw from the program a full 24 hours before it commences.
5. Changes to Refund Terms
We reserve the right to modify these refund terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will apply to all refund requests made after the effective date of the modification.
